Yes, the Bounce House team will set up your castle or suits and explain everything you need to know about using them.
Bookings can be made at any time. However we recommend that you book as far ahead as possible, as we take bookings up to a year in advance.
We offer Free Delivery to the Sunshine Coast. We can also deliver to Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast and surrounding areas - simply use the contact us tab to get a quote for delivery to your area.

Yes, we take $100 deposit paid either by cash, bank transfer or paypal. The balance is payable on the day.
In the event of rain, cancellations on the day of hire will not incur a cancellation fee, providing The Bounce House receives at least 5 hours notice prior to the hire. If this does not occur, customers will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. The paid deposit of $100 is not refundable, however, the customer has 6 months to book again and use this deposit amount towards a future booking.
Cancellations with more than a week’s notice will not incur a charge. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will incur a $100 charge.
Yes, we have a $20 million public liability insurance.
Our castles are available 7 days a week - including public holidays (surcharge applies)
All jumping castles can be inflated using your normal household power supply. We will supply extension leads if required.
In the interests of your guests or staff members safety your castle must be supervised. If you require, a staff member, The Bounce House can supervise your castle for $40 per hour. If you are having your castle in a park or public place then it is a requirement that The Bounce House staff supervise your castle
